Green Briyani Chana (Grams) Rice

Apply salt mixed ginger to the meat and keep its pieces separate. After a while apply the yoghurt to them. Then after 5 to 10 minutes, redden the onion into in the oil and roast the meat and yoghurt in it. Add some coriander’s water in it. When the water became dry spread the boiled rice on the meant. On the other side spread grain and close the header of the boiler with flour. After off the flame and replace it with coals’ fire. Then draw it from the stove and add yellow color to keep the rice colorful and add saffaron in it.
