A light weight diet of chicken with Green coriander which can be served with boiled rice as well as noodles.
Brown the onion in butter. Blend butter, green coriander, fresh mint, green chilies and Tamarind for making paste. Little water can be added if require to make the paste. Add to the onions. Add chicken pieces and cook over low heat until all water dries. You can serve Green Chicken with boiled rice or noodles.
