     First of all marinate fish fillet with 2tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp mustard paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt to taste, 2 lemon juice and leave it for almost 10 mints.
     Heat grill pan, put in oil and grill fish fillet from both sides.
     After fish is cooked remove from grill and sprinkle chat masala, 1tsp crushed black pepper and serve it with brown bread
