Ground Beef Curry
This is a very simple,yet spicy preparation that goes well with plain rice. It is purely Pakistani dish to impress your family and friends

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo mince beef
  • 4 tomato (chopped)
  • 2 potato (cut in small cubes)
  • 2 onions (julienne)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsps red chili powder
  • pinch nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp mix spices powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • pinch mace powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • to taste Salt

Directions

In a pan heat oil and fry onions till brown then add tomato and mix well.
Add mince beef and mix, stir it continuously on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 10 minutes until water dried
In a separate pan heat little oi and l fry potato cubes for 5 minutes.
Add potato cubes and half cup of water in meat and leave for 10 minutes until potato becomes completely soft.
Add cumin powder, black pepper, garam masala powder (cloves,
cardamom, and cinnamon), nutmeg and mace powder and cook for 5 minutes.
When oil comes up dish it out
Serve hot with naan
