This delicious nutty dessert is made from an abundant mixture of almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios combined with pure butter ghee (clarified butter), fresh Channel Island milk, cardamoms and an array of delicious exotic ingredients.
In a pan add wheat and milk .Mix and cook on low heat, constantly stirring.
When milk is reduced to half add khoya.Stir
Add sugar and cook.
When it gets thick add clarified butter and cook.After 20 minutes, it will leave the sides.
Sprinkle kewra, saffron (mixed in little water), ground cardimon.
Mix well and spread it in a dish evenly
Cut into square pieces.
Garnish with pistachios & almonds.
