If you want to pamper yourself with some rich and yummy Pakistani food,and what could have been better than “handi biryani”.its infused with different flavors
- Basmati Rice,
- Bay leaf,
- Coriander powder,
- cumin seeds,
- garam masala,
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
- Turmeric powder,
In a pan heat clarified butter add cinnamon, big cardamom, small cardamom, cumin, bay leave and cook for a while.
Add tomato, half of brown onion and cook well.
After five minutes add ginger garlic paste.
In a bowl add yogurt, red pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,salt and mix together.
Add stock and yogurt mixture in tomato mixture
Add soaked rice and stir fry vegetables
Cover it and with the help of dough close the sides
When its ready add green chili, coriander, mint,saffron and leave it for 5 minutes to cook.
Serve hot in a pot
