Hara Masala – Green Spice
This is a very important ingredient of almost any Pakistani cuisine.
1. Cut the ginger into small pieces after peeling them
2. Peel the garlic and wash it
3. Cut the coriander leaves into small pieces and wash them.
4. Cut the green chilies into 3-4 pieces after cutting off its stem.
5. Pull all the ingredients in a juicer and put 1/2 cup water into the mixture.
6. Blend it properly and put it in a bottle.
