Hot Chili Sauce
Chili sauce is a perfect compliment for BBQ, steaks, chops or just serve it as a dip with nachos and chips.You can prepare the chili sauce and keep it covered in the refrigerator for several days.
In a pan add a cup water, tomatoes ,red chilies,garlic cloves and cook for eight minutes.
Cool the mixture and blend in a blender to form a paste.
Now put paste in pan and add jaggery, salt, cumin, tamarind pulp,vinegar.
Cook till it starts boiling.
Turn the flame off and then add a pinch of sodium benzoate.
