A popular Arabic appetizer which is served as a dip with most of their cuisine. This traditional dish will bring a delight to all those who feast!
1. Blend the boiled chickpeas to make it into a fine paste.
2. Gradually, add the corn oil, lemon juice, and salt to the paste and continue blending.
3. Add the tahina paste in it along with the olive oil and continue blending until the mixture turns into a smoother paste.
Serve cold with pita bread.
Tip: If you can’t tahina paste, simply add sesame seeds instead.
