Kaju is nothing but Cashews and Burfi is something like a fudge. Kaju Burfi is a popular Indian Sweet served during many festivals, parties or any other good occasion. It’s one of the favourites amongst kids.
Grind cashew nuts.
Fry them on low heat in a heavy bottom pan till warm.
Boil sugar and water on medium heat until syrup is thick
Add saffron and switch off heat.
Add cashew powder and mix well
Spread on a greased plate.
Let it cool and cut into cubes
