  • Ingredients:


    Heat clarified butter in a wok. Add ginger garlic paste and saute’ till light brown
    Add the red chilies and coriander seeds and stir for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes. Cook for few minutes and add green chilies, green coriander and ginger.Mix well and reduce heat to low
    Add the chicken pieces and cook on low heat till the gravy thickens and the chicken pieces become tender
    Stir in the garam masala, dry fenugreek powder and salt. Cover and cook for 10 mins’Remove from heat and serve hot
