Kashmiri Tea

Take 4 cup water and boil it by adding tea and baking powder. Cook it for 15 minutes on low heat. Now add cardamom and cook till half water is remained. Now add 2 cups cold water and let it be boiled till it is again half in quantity. Now add milk and boil. Now pour this matter in another pan. Repeat this process of pouring again and gain till pink color of tea is appeared. Serve in cups with almonds and pistachios.
