Kasmiri Pulao

This very fancy pulao, or mixed rice, is from of Kashmir. The cuisine is famous for using a huge assortment of nuts and dried fruits

  • Ingredients:


    Wash and soak rice for one hour
    Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown in color and remove
    Fry whole spices, turmeric powder,rice and sauté.
    Add saffron dissolved in little warm milk.
    Add hot water and mix well.
    Cook for 2mins.
    Garnish kashmiri pulao with fried onions, walnuts & cashew nuts.
