Kidney Bean Rice
Red beans and rice is a delicious and popular dish.Red beans are most often used. This is a quick recipe and it can be made even more simpler if you have canned beans. Less fat, more protein makes this healthy along with no loss in flavor.
Heat oil in a pan and add mince and fry till water dries
Add red chilies, paprika, salt, kidney beans and chicken stock
Add rice and stir for 2mins
Spread grated cottage cheese over rice and cover it for 5mins
