Lamb with Prunes(sesame) , Brown Almonds(Pine)
Lamb is the meat from young sheep that is less than one year old. Among red meats, lamb stands out for its high nutritional value. Although some cuts are high in fat, lamb is not marbled like beef. This red meat is delicious and very tender.
lamb is superior in quality and taste. Lamb raised on grass produces meat that is lean, tender, fine-grained, and has a delicate flavor.
In pressure cooker put the lamb,onion,olive oil,saffron,salt pepper,ginger
and cinnamon stick,cook on low heat for 5 mn.Cook with and cook
cover for 40 mn.Add the cinnamon powder and honey to dilute the sauce.Pour the orange flower water and reduce the sauce.
Wash the prunes and cook them in 2 cups water with 2tablespoons sugar and a cinnamon stick for 10 mn.
Befor serving brown almons & pinenuts in hot oil.
Serve the lamb with the prunes(sesame toasted) on and brown almonds,toasted pinenuts….Bon Appetit !!!! Enjoy !!!!
