Lauki Ka Raita
Lauki ka raita is served as a side dish with traditional Pakistani main dishes. It complements all the Summer dishes.It is rich in protein and is liked in all areas of Pakistan.
1.Boil grated lauki till soft, drain and cool it.
2. Stir the yogurd with hand mixer.
3. Add lauki and mix well. If the yogurd is thick mix little milk or water.
4. Now add salt, roasted and crushed cumin seeds and chili powder, mix well.
5. Keep in refrigerator for an hour or so.
6. Serve lauki raita chilled.
