Makkai Ki Roti
It is made with the flour of freshly harvested yellow corn are delicious.It is eaten with sarson ka saag and it is punjabi food.
In a bowl min corn flour,simple flour, salt, red chili powder and knead to make a dough with warm water.
Make small balls with it and roll it like roti.
Cook it over hot griddle like roti.
Apply ghee on it.
