Mango Kulfi

A delightful Pakistani fruit ice that is hard to beat. A favourite with a lot of Pakistani households and better still no fancy ice cream makers required.

  • Ingredients:


    Mix condensed milk, cream and mango pulp together. Blend well.
    Add half nuts
    Mix well and pour into moulds and seal.
    Freeze it for six hours
    Remove the kulfi onto a plate, garnish with remaining nuts and silver leaf.
    Serve immediately.
