You will love to eat this with your meal. Its having alot of different punches in it. Its spicy, sweat and sour too
Peel and grate the mangoes. Rub salt and turmeric ti it well set aside in a glass bowl
Squeeze out all water and add sugar
Cook over low heat.
Stir constantly for 40mins until all water evaporates and sugar turns into syrup
Remove from fire and cool
Add red chili powder and cumin seeds
Mix well and ready to serve
