Orange mangoes symbolize gold and riches. Prepare and chill pudding the night before. Whip the cream just before serving, and allow guests to dollop some on their own desserts.
In a blender add mango, mango juice and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
In a pan add milk, cream, gelatin and sugar.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Pour pureed mango mixture into pan and mix well.
Pour mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for3 hours.
Garnish with chopped mango
