Matar pulao made with a difference and tastes good It is so healthy and having a lot of healthy material in it
- Basmati Rice,
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
Heat oil in a pan.
Add black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, green and black cardamoms, crushed brown onions and ginger garlic paste.
Add 2tbsp of water, stir and fry till the oil separates.
Add salt, red chilly powder, yogurt and peas. Stir for a few minutes and then add drained rice and add enough water for the rice to cook in.
When the rice is ready, let it simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Garnish it with nuts and eggs.
