A simple recipe for milky fish with almost no fat! Its easy to make and very delicious!
Wash fish filets and let it dry.
Preheat the oven.
Grease baking tray.
Place fish in the baking tray.
In a bowl, combine milk, onion, lemon pepper, parsley and salt.
Put this batter over fish filets.
Drizzle lemon juice on it.
Bake in preheated oven until done
Serve with any dip
