Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 6 Potatoes large (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 onion large (chopped)
  • 1/2 kilo minced beef
  • 5 cloves
  • 8 tbsps Oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin Seeds
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 5 whole black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste

Directions

In a pan saute’ onion until light brown.
Add all spices and chopped tomatoes.
Cook on medium heat till water dried.
Add mince meat mix and dry water again.
Add two glasses of water ,cover and cook till meat is tenderized and water dries.
Add potatoes and cook till potatoes are soft.
Sprinkle garam masala powder.
Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves
Serve hot with rati or naan
