Missi roti, pronounced “Miss-ee Row-tee” is a staple food in Punjabi homes and is basically roti prepared from wheat floup
Mix wheat flour and besan together.
Add oil, salt, red chilly powder, coriander, cumin, black cumin and oregano
Make a stiff dough. Roll into small and thick rotis
Heat griddle and put roti on it
Cook till golden brown in color
Brush missi roti slightly with melted ghee. Serve hot
