Mixed Fruit Raita
Raita is a famous and delicious side dish in subcontinent. This mouth watering dish is prepared at every home in Pakistan especially in Summer. However, It is also a mandatory part of all traditional main course dishes.
1. Wash and cut all fruits in cubes.
2. Beat yogurt in a bowl with a hand beater.
3. Add sugar, salt and black pepper powder in the yogurt.
4. Now add all mixed fruits, mix well and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours before serving.
5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
