Murgh Makhmali Kebabs
This is very easy to make. And very delicious and has rich creamy flavor
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
- Mace powder,
- nutmeg powder,
- White pepper
Clean the chicken fillets. Rub ginger garlic paste and salt evenly on them and keep aside.
Mix cream along with processed cheese, white pepper powder, green coriander, green chillies, mace, nutmeg powder and egg whites.
Coat the fillets evenly with this mixture. Keep aside for 25mins
Skewer the chicken fillets and roast in a moderately hot oven for 10 mins
Remove, baste with butter and roast again for 5 mins
Remove from skewers and serve hot
