Murgh Paratha

This is very different from other parathas. It is itself a complete meal

  • Ingredients:


    For Dough:
    Mix whole wheat flour, refined flour, clarified butter and salt
    Knead into dough
    For Filling:
    In a pan heat oil and fry mince in it
    Add garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper, lemon juice, salt and butter
    Cook for 10 mins
    Flatten dough ball with hand; put mince mixture in the center of each; gather the ends to close them and roll like parathas
    Heat griddle and fry parathas from both sides till golden
    Serve hot
