Mushroom Rice

    Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and saute’ till they tender.
    Add dried black mushrooms and saute’ for 3 more minutes.
    Add Chinese 5 spice powder and saute’ for a minute.
    Add rice, sugar and salt and mix well.
    Serve hot.
