Meat lovers love to eat fried chops. These chops are as delicious as seen in the picture. The taste of chops enhance with green chilies, mint and coriander. Serve hot with chutney.
Marinate chops in lime juice, vinegar, chilli powder and a pinch of salt
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add gram flour, stirring continuously until the flour forms a smooth paste.Transfer the paste to a bowl and leave to cool.
In a blender add chilies, garlic, papaya and 1tsp of oil and blend to a smooth paste. Mix both pastes over the marinated meat and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Preheat the oven.Lift the chops out of the marinade and wipe off any excess
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry chops for a couple of minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer to a oven tray and roast for 20 minutes
Serve chops with chutney
