Wash mutton and dry it
Cut mutton into small cubes.
Boil mutton with salt, garlic ginger paste.
Dries water then add oil and fry well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic, green chilies, salt and spring onion in it.
Add mutton and cook for 5mins
Add tomato puree and cook till little gravy left.
Now add coriander leaves and stir well
Garnish with green chilies and ginger slice.
Serve hot with roti or naan
