Take a deep pan and fry chopped onion in oil till they are dark brown. Add small quantity of water and add ginger garlic paste. Just after 30 seconds add turmeric powder and other spices. Now its time to add meat. cook it till all water is dried. Now add plain yogurt and cover the pan. After 5-7 minutes, add chopped green chilies and cook for maximum 1 min. Add water and cover the pan. Cook till meat is tender. Garnish according to your choice and serve with green raita and hot chapati/naan and receive bundle of appriciation.
