“naan khatai” is very good in taste and very easy to bake…
• Mix 1 cup of flour, a pinch of salt, ½ cup caster sugar, ½ tsp baking powder, 4 ground green cardamoms, 1tbsp ghee and knead it well to make dough and leave for 30 mints.
• Make round ball from it and flatten with palms.
• Sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachio over it and brush with beaten egg.
• Now place in a baking tray and bake it at 180C in a pre heated oven for 15-20 mints.
• Dish out and serve them.
