Add all ingredients and knead to thick dough.
Set aside for 1/2 hour.
Roll the dough on a plain suface aand spread it around so that it makes one thin layer.
Slice this layer in 2′ x 2′ rectangles
Fry in deep oil till they turn light brown.
Serve with tea as snack.
