Nawabi Fish Botian
A simple recipe which will bring a touch of seafood to your BBQ menu.
1. Blend the green chillies and add vinegar to form a paste.
2. Apply salt, yogurt, lemon juice, cream, garlic and ginger paste, hot spice powder, black cumin powder, and the green chilli paste over the fish cubes evenly. Leave the fish with this paste on for 30 minutes.
3. Barbecue the fish cubes over charcoals.
