Nawabi Paneer is a very festive main dish that is creamy and rich in flavor.It is an easy tasty recipe to prepare the traditional favorite nawabi paneer
Chop cottage cheese into 2 inch fingers.
Heat half butter. Add onion,ginger, green chilli and cardamom. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook for 5 more minutes and cover it.
Add curd and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water and cool.
Blend in a blender to smooth.
Heat remaining butter, add gravy and other ingredients except milk and cottage cheese.
Before serving, heat gravy, add milk and cottage cheese and boil for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander
