Nihari

1. Wash the meat and rinse it with hot water and drain it. 2. Marinate meat with nihari masala and ginger garlic paste for at least an hour or so. 3. Chop onions and fry them in 1 cup oil. 4. When they turn golden, put the marinated meat in it. 5. Fry it properly, when the oil gets separated from the mixture and the scent of the mixture is evident, put 1 dish water into it. 6. When the meat is boiled, put the stove on low flame and let it cook. 7. After an hour, check to see if the meat is properly cooked, if it is not cooked and the water is finished, add more water to it.But if the meat is cooked and there isnt enough gravy, add more water to it. 8. When nihari is ready, and you observe a layer of oil on it, separate this oil in a bowl. 9. In the end, mix flour and water in a bowl, pour it in the nihari and mix it. 10.     13. The nihari is ready to eat, when you serve the nihari in a dish, put the oil you seperated previously on it.
    (This step can be avoided if you don’t like oil much)
