  • Ingredients:


    Cut legs into pieces
    Heat oil in a pan, add onion and leg pieces in it. Stir for 5mins
    Add cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom in it. Stir
    Add coriander powder, red chili powder,salt, turmeric powder in it and cook for 3mins
    When the oil comes up add yogurt and 3 cup water in it
    Low the heat and let it cook for 4 hours
    In a pan heat clarified butter and basin and stir for 1 min
    Put this into the first pan and mix well
    Dish it out and rarnish with green chilies
