Orange juice, crushed red pepper, and sesame oil gives a very mild and delicious taste in this dish. A side of sliced cucumbers dressed with rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar would offer a good balance for this spicy meal.
Wash and drain beef steak.
Remove fat and cut into thin strips.
In a bowl, add cornflour, beef broth, soya sauce, vinegar, orange marmalade, salt and red pepper flakes.Set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
Add beef strips in it
Stir fry until brown in color.
Add ginger garlic paste and orange peel.Stir.
Cook for a minute add broth mixture in it.Stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil until meat is tender and sauce is thickened.
Serve on a bed of rice
