Orange Raita

Its very different from other raitas. This is so refreshing and healthy too

  • Ingredients:


    Whisk the yogurt, black pepper and salt together in a serving bowl
    Peel and clean oranges.Remove the seeds and separate the oranges into segments
    Cut into 10 mm squares; add to the yogurt and mix well
    Garnish with cumin powder and fried chili
    Serve as an accompaniment to ant meal
