Original Green Chilli Pickle
Try it once and love it forever… This so spicy and a treat to spicy lovers
Wash and wipe green chillies.
Let it dry in sun for an hour.
Remove caps and divide into 2 lengthwise.
Heat mustard oil to smoking point.
Turn off the heat. When the oil cools down add turmeric powder. Let it cool completely.
Mix salt and rest of the spices.
Fill them in an airtight bottle and pour mustard oil over them. Close the lid of the bottle and shake it
Keep bottle in sun for 2 days.
