Palak And Corn Paratha
Spinach and corn is a match made in heaven. No matter in what form they are cooked, they always make a deadly combo
Mix first three ingredients and add enough water to make a soft dough.
Divide dough into 10 portions and roll out each portion into very thin circle.
Heat oil and fry onions for 1minute. Add green chillies and fry again for a few seconds.
Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Add corn and salt.
Cook each roti on a griddle very lightly
Put a portion of the stuffing in each paratha and fold into a semi-circle. Arrange on a greased baking tray.
Brush parathas lightly with oil and bake in a hot oven until light pink in color
