Palak Paneer – Spinach with Cottage Cheese

1. Clean the Spinach and steam it in water for 10 mins until there is no less than 1 cup water left 2. Let it cool. 3. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies and the spinach in a blender and blend it till it forms a paste 4. Put oil in a wok, add garlic and put the paste in it. Cook for 5 mins. 5. Add the cumin, salt, black pepper and red chillies in the wok, let it cook for 5 mins. 6. Add cream. 7. The gravy is ready. For Paneer: 1. Cut the paneer into small squares, deep fry the paneer until it is light golden and take them out. 2. Put it in the gravy made previously and also use it to garnish the gravy.
