Paneer Paratha is whole wheat flat bread filled with mildly spiced paneer. This is a good breakfast option. Paneer paratha can be served by it self or enjoy with any gravy based dish.
Heat 1 tsp of oil and splutter cumin seeds.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and first two ingredients,saute’ for 3 minutes.
Add cheese and coriander, mix and let it cool. Mash it.
In a bowl mix flour, salt and water,knead into a dough.Cover and keep aside.
Make small balls of the dough and roll out into discs.
Sprinkle the filling on a disc.
Seal edges and cook on hot griddle till golden brown on both sides drizzling one tbsp of oil.
Garnish with grated cheese
