The gorgeous green peas and aromatic flavoured cumin seeds flavour the rice with black peppercorns spicing it up.
- Basmati Rice,
- cumin seeds,
Heat oil in a pant.
Add ginger garlic paste and stir.
Add onions, cloves, cardamoms, cinammon and cumin seeds.
Fry till the onions turn translucent.
Add peas, coriander leaves and cashews.Mix well
Cook on medium flame till peas get cooked.
Add cooked rice and cover for 3 mins.
Dish it out and serve hot
