Peshawari chappli kabbab

Take all ingredients and one egg, mix them well and leave overnight in the fridge to marinade. Extract bone marrow and add a t-spoon of it in every kebab. Take a fist full of marinated mixture and start making kababs. Kabab should be a little more than the thickness of a paper. Cut the tomato reserved for garnishing in to slices and press each slice on the top of the kebab. Spread the oil on tawwa if you do not have one you can also use your nonstick pan. Pour a little amount of oil. Fry till they are cooked well on both sides. Serve them along with salad.
