Pickled Meat Balls

    Directions:

    For meat balls:
    In 1 kg mincemeat, add 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4tbsp fresh coriander (chopped), 2tsp cumin powder, 2tsp red chili powder, 2tbsp yogurt, 1 egg, 2tsp heaped gram (flour),2tbsp mint leaves and mix it well.
    Make big size balls with that. Fry them in oil for 1 minute. Take them out and set aside.
    For Gravy:
    Heat 1 cup oil. Add two medium sized chopped onion in oil and fry till brown. Take them out and set aside. Add 15-20 curry leaves 2tbsp ginger garlic paste;stir for a few seconds and add 2tsp red chili powder. Stir. Add 10 red chilies, 1 ½ tsp fennel seed, 1 ½ tsp black seeds, 1 ½ tsp mustard seeds, 5 cloves, 1 tsp cumin and stir it for a while.
    Put ¼ cup water and stir it.
    After 2 mins add whisked yogurt in it and stir till oil starts leaving the curry.Now add fried brown onion.When gravy thickens a bit, put meat balls in it .
    Cook meat balls on high flame till fully cooked.
    Serve hot with naan or boiled white rice.
