• In a flat steel bowl add 1 cup of wheat flour, 2 cup of white flour, ¼ tsp sweet soda, 1 tsp sugar , 2 tbsp clarified butter, salt to taste and knead it to shape dough.
• After that, heat oil.
• And make round shape ball and roll it with rolling stick.
• Oil it and fry it on low burner. When it becomes golden brown take it out and serve.
