POTATOES IN SPICY YOGURT

• Boil the potatoes in salted water • Drain it and pierce it lightly with fork and add yogurt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric and salt according to taste or ½ tsp. leave it for marination for about half an hour. • Heat oil and put onions in it and sauté for a while now, add marinated potatoes. • Cook it until it gets thicker and garnish with chopped Coriander and green chilis. • Hot POTATOES IN SPICY YOGURT is ready serve with naan and raita.
