“Prawns” is an important seafood love by seafood lovers…it can be cooked in different ways. Prawn Masala is the most common and delicious seafood dish.
- Coriander seeds,
- cumin seeds,
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
• Make the Masala with cloves, cumin seeds, red chillis, coconut, coriander seeds and vinegar to very fine paste.
• Heat the oil, add onion in it and sauté now add the masala paste with ginger garlic paste and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes.
• Add ½ cup of water and put prawns in it and add salt to taste and cook until Prawns gets brown.
• You can garnish it with coriander, green chilis and sliced ginger and serve with rice and also can take it with chapatti or pratha.
