Raan Special

This luscious raan is best to serve special guests because it prepared wonderfully. If your marinade raan over night it tastes more delicious. Serve ketchup or plain raita with raan

  • Ingredients:


    Wash mutton leg and drain.
    Make deep slits over lamb leg.
    Apply salt, pepper,ginger garlic paste and papaya paste on it.
    Cover and marinate for 2 hours.
    Heat oil in a large deep skillet.
    Put marinated leg in hot oil just to give it a brown color.Remove from the oil and set aside.
    In a bowl, combine all remaining ingredients with yogurt.
    Apply on fried leg properly.
    Pour 6 glass of water in the steamer.
    Steam leg until cooked
    Raan Steam Roast is ready now.
